Elections & Terms

The World Gladiators Federation follows democratic principles in the selection and appointment of its leadership. Elections are held on a regular cycle to ensure fresh perspectives and fair representation of all member federations.

The President, Secretary General, Treasurer, and Executive Committee members are elected every **four years** during the General Assembly. Each term of office lasts four years and is subject to re-election based on performance and approval by the General Assembly.

All electoral processes are conducted in accordance with the Federation's statutes, and candidates must meet strict eligibility criteria to ensure integrity and competence in leadership.

The Federation encourages active participation and equal opportunity in leadership roles, promoting diversity and inclusivity as essential values in the modern governance of ancient traditions.
