WGF Structure
The governance structure of the World Gladiators Federation (WGF) is designed to ensure transparency, accountability, and efficiency in all its operations. It includes the General Assembly, the Executive Committee, specialized Commissions, and the President’s Office.
1. General Assembly
The supreme body composed of representatives from all affiliated national federations. It defines the general policy and direction of the WGF.
2. Executive Committee
Responsible for implementing the decisions of the General Assembly and overseeing day-to-day operations.
3. Commissions
Specialized bodies dedicated to key areas such as regulations, development, refereeing, ethics, and education.
4. President’s Office
The President represents the WGF at the international level and ensures the implementation of its mission and strategic goals.
