The World Gladiators Federation is committed to upholding the highest standards of transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct across all levels of the organization. We believe that trust is the foundation upon which our global community is built.

To ensure transparency, all key decisions, financial reports, and governance processes are documented and made accessible to our stakeholders. Our ethical framework is inspired by the core values of respect, fairness, integrity, and historical responsibility.

The Federation enforces a strict code of ethics, applicable to all executive members, officials, coaches, athletes, and affiliates. This code addresses issues such as conflict of interest, anti-doping, anti-corruption, and responsible behavior inside and outside the arena.

We actively monitor adherence to these principles and welcome feedback or concerns through our dedicated ethics committee channels. Transparency is not just a policy — it's a fundamental part of our identity.
